I hope you’re all doing okay, these are some strange times and there is no ‘how-to’ guide on how to feel in a global pandemic. Allow it all, the moments of anxiety, happiness, loneliness, it’s all completely valid. Pain is not something we can measure, how one person deals with something isn’t comparable to any other we are different entities, made up of completely different lifetimes – you are doing the very best you can. Although we can’t be with each other at the moment, make sure you check in with others, keep talking – if it’s all getting a bit heavy – send a text, make a call, send a message – you’re not on your own, keeping it in, however silly or wild you think it sounds only makes the darkness denser, a little chat can let some light in. If you or anyone you know could do with a little hug in an envelope, please email at email@example.com.

Thank you so much for your kind reply. I will take a lot out of this pandemic and isolation. Praying that we can soon see each other in person and continue normality. Be kind, be safe and stay at home. Bless you and yours. Liz.
